Hello I have been selling a few items on ebay for the last two months. Each time I sell an item the money I receive is less than the final selling price, ie, by a dollar or two. I had assumed that this was the selling fees as all items I have listed so far have been 100% free listings. At the beggining of each new month (so at the start of May and again now at the start of June) I have received an invoice that I owe around $10.00 in fees ($9.23 for April and $11.09) and have been advised that the fees will be taken from my paypal account by the 15th of the month. There is no way to open up the invoice and see what the justification of these fees are it just states how you get fees and how much my fees are. So I have no idea why a small amount of my sold price is skimmed off before it even gets to me and on top of that why??? ebay is taking these monthly fees from me when as far as all the information I am receiving indicates, my listings are all free apart from the final value fees. I have found the website confusing to navigate so apologies if I have missed something very obvious, something I saw said there were monthly fees associated with having an ebay store. I was under the impression that I was just selling a few random odd items and didnt have/want an ebay store. If this is the problem and I am able to continue to sell my items as a guest rather than store merchant please advise how to facilitate that aswell. Any help is much appreciated. Regards, Ruby
