Also, if I look at any of my store category's, items have big black heat outlines on them? I have been waiting for it to go back to 'normal' but its just not happening. Very frustrating.

hi, we are again flooded in here in Glen Davis NSW . We are disaster declared. Have been for 5 days, and it will be a week maybe before we can post out our items. Who do I contact at eBay to help, as we have items due to go out today. Do not want to end up with late delivery defects?? Any help would be much appreciated.

I was selling an item that I forgot about, a buyer told eBay they paid me a deposit (which they didn’t) they them raised a dispute with eBay when I didn’t respond to the buyer & now EBay are refunding a deposit to the buyer (from my bank account) that was never paid to me!! I have looked through a million help screens & have no luck in understanding how u argue this & recoup the unauthorised debit from my account. PLEASE HELP!!

Does eBay readjust their fees charged to a seller for an item sold if you provide a refund or a partial refund?

When we select in shipping policy buyer will paid returned charges and buyer requested for returned as color and smell is different. What is the answer ....

After sending several invoices I messaged the buyer saying if payment was not received by a certain date I would post negative feedback. Seems I'm unable to do so.

Hello, a buyer has sent through a return process for a jacket that did not fit her. I have 'no returns' on my listings but the buyer has put 'doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for return. The jacket was listed as a Size M and the buyer claims it is smaller. As the buyer has put through a return what do I do now? I have used the 'message the buyer' and explained that the listing was correct but how do I proceed now? thanks in advance!

Many sellers trending the use of a question mark in title, guessing only at what they are selling. Infuriating as they do not research their item. Many sellers now trend the word scandinavian in a glass item because they CLEARLY do not know where it was made : usually China knockoffs of original vintage designs. Sellers like this have become too lazy to research their item and ebay continue to ignore. Returns should be happening due to not as described. But buyers don't seem to know the difference ! Sellers selling ACTUAL Scandinavian glass have researched their item and value, but everyone wants to sell something so they call it anything they like ! Nothing Scandivanian nor even Scandinavian style about many of these flooding into pottery and glass section. It's a real shame and there's so much fake stuff being sold .

So I'm currently paying 13.4% per sale ( $400 roughly per month on eBay fees ). 50% of those listings are from tier 1 and the other 50% of those listings are from tier 4. basic store - $27.45 / month featured store - $82.45 / month tier 1 basic store 8.03% per sale. tier 4 basic store 13.09% per sale. tier 1 featured store 7.26% per sale. tier 4 featured store 11.77% per sale. I'm interested to know if I'll save money with a basic or featured store.

When l try to relist my item it says This product may not be sold on eBay because it does not meet safety standards. It is Australian standard and others sell it???

I have a few sales this past week where I have been charged for promotional fees when the ad has never been promoted at all, says sold by promoted listings, any ideas?

sold a pc monitor. Buyer has already paid through eBay and picking up tomorrow. What if he picks up and then claims he did not get it?

Last night 10/07 I received a message that the buyer file a dispute from his purchased last 29/05, says he don't recognize the transaction, I messaged him why is that and he doesn't reply. Any suggestions what should I do next? I already provide a tracking number that it was delivered. Thanks guys

I have been upgraded as a seller and have lost the option to relist up to eight times. Do I have to create a Relist Until Sold rule for each ne item I list or can I set it to be the default rule?

Hi and thank you for having a look at my question. I'm a new seller on eBay, overall I'm happy with how my selling is going, though I'm wondering how I can turn all my views into sales, or try to turn them into sales. Am I in a too saturated category? Is it the time of year to be selling these items? Do I need to look at my competition more? Is it my pricing? Or maybe it is my expectations are too high? I do try to bundle my products in packs of two or more when I can. this helps me with the price of postage and especially too because of the price with tracking, so I don't put the postage onto the buyers. eBay has recently increased my selling limits to 100, so I'm thinking when I can add more products I will try to raise my prices a little more, so for now I do feel at the point, my expectations aren't so much on making lots of $$ however I would like to learn more on how to manage my listings better and turn my views into possible sales. Am I thinking and looking at all of this in the right way here? Kind Regards Caroline

Hi guys, I'm been selling for 3 months now and i can only sell 5 items a month ($300), i have tried to set my selling preference to higher but says i have to do it the next month and i can never do it. Hoe can i be allowed to sell more items? Thanks in advance

Over the past 4 months I received below 95% for my postage handling. I checked through every single sale to see if there were any parcels not provided with tracking, all but one item was sent on time with tracking and verified as lodged by the required date. I only use Australia Post for domestic and International shipping. What other reason could there be that I have defaulted?
