Anyone having problem with postage cost for new ebay / AP Extra Small Satchels?

Hi everyone! 🙂 

I've been using the new ebay / AP XS Satchel since the beginning of the month as they have a 50% off postage cost until 30th May. 

I've used them successfully up until today - but now when trying to print labels - they are showing the full price ($8.55). 

I was wondering if anyone else who has been using the satchels successfully with the discount is having problems getting the 50% off now? I spoke with an ebay live chat agent and they seemed to know nothing about the issue and said the promotion for 50% off does go until the end of May. 

Have gotten another person I know to try printing one on their account but they also aren't getting the 50% off. 

Trying to gauge whether it is an individual problem or everyone who uses them is experiencing the issue?

It's happening to me too, the 50% off offer seems to have ended as of today. This has happened before with these offers, which is damn annoying when you've adjusted your listings to allow for the discount. As for the agent knowing nothing about it, no surprise there either. Will try to get some answers from them tomorrow.

Yep, same issue here. It definitely worked yesterday, the question is - is it a glitch that will be fixed tomorrow, or has it been intentionally ended early?

Thanks very much for responding. I'm hoping the fact that they said it goes to the end of May (the agent) means that it will, but not entirely hopeful.

Thanks for replying! 🙂 Hopefully it isn't over yet and will be until the end of May. Will find out - they said they had "escalated it" and will get an email response which I'm not holding my breath for, but hope it comes tomorrow.

Happened to me too I already told my buyers it’s until end of May and lowered all my shipping prices don’t tell me I’m gonna have to fork over the extra for the rest of the month. The original notice said until end of May so they should honour that but who knows 🫠

Update I talked to support and they said it’s a technical error they are trying to fix so hopefully it’s back soon.

I'm in the same situation as you, Kpop. Hopefully the delayed sends don't affect store level and reputation.

Customer service is now telling us that the promo ended on the 20/05 6pm due to reasons "out of their control".

This is so rotten. Now finished at 6pm on 20/5. No explanation why
