Problems with Fastway Couriers

Delivery of items bought under the eBay banner is a vital part of the eBay experience for both buyer and seller – yet remains mostly out of the control of either. Is anyone else having problems with Fastway Couriers, or any other couriers? We have recently had a refusal to deliver to the designated address and the parcel was posted by the Fastway local agent only to end up at the post office who also refused to deliver requiring the receiver to go the PO, sign for the parcel and pick it up themselves. All this despite delivery being paid door to door.

Actually, before Christmas StarTrack was ordered to deliver AP parcels.....a number of customers commented that they were not expecting courier delivery.

It is pretty obvious that ebay members see different services.  Neither Stawks nor I can see ST on that listing although it is on the second link.

Yes, I'm sure ST & AP parcels often travel together between distribution points. Doesn't make them the same thing despite them sharing infrastructure.

Yes, it is.  So perhaps xhadyboy, whom you replied to earlier, is actually able to see those sellers who have specified Fastway as their default carrier, and avoid purchasing from them.

I'm not sure, stawks. I'm on a Mac using Safari, though browsers and platforms surely wouldn't be the difference?
