My Buyer has bought 2 items & wishes to pick up & make payment via "Cash only". Is it now safe to now advise her of my phone contact & address without being given a 7 day suspension?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

And that's why I said I would be very careful about sending contact details.
Ebay doesn't know which way is up when it comes to pick up items.
Use the link I gave you to get their details and phone them.

@imastawka wrote:No, the link is only if you have a recent transaction with the buyer You cannot get details
of buyers if they have not bought.
You can request another member's contact information if you're involved in a recent transaction with them.
I would be very careful of direct messages asking for contact details.
Actually stawks you can get details if you have placed a bid. (Don't like to tout that one too much)
Absolutely abominable that you need to ask.
Bordering on childish squire.

I have obviously read the reply differently
To me it was 'Absolutely abominable that you need to ask'
In that ebay makes it so a seller is 'afraid' to send details lest they be accused of trying to screw ebay out of fees by selling off site and has to ask how to go about giving their address to the buyer without copping a ban
And even after the person has paid, and the seller gives them their address to collect, ebay STILL bans them from messaging for trying to sell off ebay
I quite agree, it is abominable

....abominable too in that any seller needs to ask in the first place. eBay is negligent in this policy. No one really knows. The whole process should be clear, user friendly, with no ambiguity. I've been here for months now and I'm still tippy toing about the place in fear of doing something quite innocently that rewards me with trouble. Not good.

For next time, the buyer's phone number usually shows at the top when you go to send an invoice - unless that's also changed.

I've had 3 purchases in the last couple of weeks who wanted pickup.
They purchased, I sent them a message with my address & phone number, they collected.
I haven't had any repercussions from Ebay.
The key is that they have already purchased before you send any details.
Hope this helps.
