Just want to confirm something.
When a post is removed and appealed does the letter acknowledging your appeal state
Regardless of the outcome of this review, the post will not be reinstated?
I got a message from another person telling me a post would be reinstated if it was found to have nothing wrong with it.
Also
If as a seller you had feedback you did not like and boasted about it going to be removed and it was removed then the buyer that left that feedback appealed the decision stating there was nothing there to breach FB policy and so it was then reinstated, would you as the seller be annoyed at ebay or the buyer?

this sort of f/back surelly wouldn't be worth fighting for. If I was a buyer I think I would have been much happier to see it gone altogether. Just looking at it as a member of the public would.
I really don't know why you would think that, I for one always want the feed back I leave a seller to reflect how I feel about a transaction, after all that's what it is for.
Ggood to give the next buyer confidence they are dealing with a good seller or a warning they are likely to be disappointed and to look for a better seller.
and I would be asking ebay why a neg I had left was removed if it didn't breach Ebay policy.

How many times can you get a warning about one post?
Do I have to appeal each warning separately or can I do a bulk appeal if the same post is mentioned in each of the warnings?
Unless you‘ve made the same post repeatedly, you should only get one eMail per post in violation. Should you have received more than that, please contact aumoderation@ebay.com and let us know, including the multiple eMails so we can investigate why this happened.

As several knowledgable members have already counseled, once a post is removed from the Community, it will not be reinstated. This is regardless of whether the removal was successfully appealed or not.

So much appealing, counter-appealing, reinstating etc goes on. Why on earth can't moderators etc just get it right in the first place?
Are they not suitably qualified to do so?
Yes, I have an opinion. No you don't have to agree with it. Yes I do have a right to it.

So the issue of a removed post has been answered 🙂
BUT why would one ebay rep see feedback as removable and remove it only to have another say it should not have been removed and reinstate it after the buyer questions why it was removed to start with?

easy path of least resistance
seller asks account manager to help remove FB
account manager does so to continue an easy life.
Then
Buyer asks why it was removed and the next rep sees it shouldn't have been and reinstates feed back.

Do you know January?
Away at the moment, she is sorta boss when the real boss is not here.
And she's all that and more - she makes it such fun & pleasure working here.
She's lovely, and thank you for the compliments, really nice of you .
And James is great too, but sadly we don't see him very often.
January told us that several years ago he was heartbroken over a very lovely girl who is frequent advisor on the boards.

It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Ha ha ha ha... giggling here - this is so cute!
But I'm so sorry - didn't mean to make anyone choke on coffee, just a bit of cheery useless information.
Nothing better to do during lunch break.

Oh, I forgot - serious question now regarding the f/back:
(Everyone here is away or time off - I will be here by myself til after the weekend)
Is there a general etiquette in f/back leaving when the full refund is issued and all correspondence replied to instantly and refund also issued on the spot.
Would you leave the seller a positive f/back as you have suffered no loss and received great after sale service
or a neutral f/back as you'd still be very unhappy with seller,
or a negative one as you'd see the entire transaction as a devastating and tragic occurence - something that will take a long, long time to recover from (but still a fraction better than not receiving any refund at all, after being mucked around for few weeks by your seller - that in itself would deserve 2 negs, all at once!)
