Let's add context to the first cartoon.
Do black live matter as much as white lives? Sure
Do black lives matter to black people? Doesn't seem like they do. They do more harm to themselves than anyone outside.
2nd cartoon context.
The black's house is uncared for, people inside graffitting it, dealing drugs and hookers. Blacks complaining that they don't get extra attention when there's a fire. Why should others care about your house, if you don't .
Let's look at the oppressed in history who actually started bettering themselves. The Jews. The Chinese immigrants. the Italians. Ask yourself how they managed? They had limited resources.
I'm not going to even bother with commenting on the cartoons and your interpretation.
OK, so you're making a comparison between Jews, Chinese and Italians. Well, you forgot Irish and Latino.
* Well, let's go to Jews first. Yes, they suffered terribly in Europe and they experienced a lot of discrimination in the US. But, many had money and educational advantage. They got into the entertainment industry and gave each other helping hands. They got into finance as well. As a result they have achieved the dream. They changed their names as well. unlike African Americans, they were never enslaved in the US.
* Chinese, well many Chinese had connections and ran businesses employing their town people. A lot of Chinese were employed in jobs that African Americans weren't allowed to work in and were not as restricted as African Americans were. In short, they had a head start. By the time Chinese were owning restaurants, laundry / dry cleaning / fruit and vege businesses, African Americans had the lowest paid jobs (if they were lucky to get any) , still couldn't vote or use public facilities that whites could and those working on farms as sharecroppers ( a dirty cunning modern slavery scheme*** ) were stuck in a cycle of perpetual debt! Many, in hope of a better life moved to the cities to find work. There they found only the worst and lowest paying jobs were available to them. Then there was the most destructive element that has destroyed the family unit. Click here to find read about it. . And better still, see if you can track down the original article by the Jan Jose Mercury. An Australian journalist whose name eludes me at this time spoke about it on TV.
* Italians have done quite well with businesses and they were long able to own businesses when African Americans weren't able to. They also had a huge head start. Some of the Italians Anglocised their names as well.
Remember African Americans weren't allowed to vote until August 6th, 1965.
A good article about lynchings which continued well into the Twentieth Century is here. And what could be described as a modern-day extension of that is the example of what happened when Bush won the 2000 election which many perceive to be nothing more than a scam. You can read about a bit of it here!
BTW: Did you read my earlier post about the excecution of Latasha Harlins by Soon Ja Du and check out what the punishment was. The Wikipedia article is here!
I'm not going to write any more in this reply. I hope you'll take into consideration some other factors. I'll leave it up to you.

Protests does nothing. I want to see protestors actually doing something that makes a difference apart from spreading the virus.
The virus of racism can be more destructive than any man made or "came out from who knows where" kind of virus. When people are at their wits end because nobody listens and feel they have no more options and feel that they are pushed into a corner, then protesting is the only option.
Remember: Dr. King acheieved a lot with his protests.
