I recently bought a few parts for my car from a seller however they have informed me they are out of stock for the side skirts.  At this stage the seller has done a good job with the service and offered a refund.   I am just wondering the best way to organise this, my instincts tell me I should put in an item not received with Pay Pall and organise it this way rather then letting them just do a direct deposit, this way they wouldn't be charged commission on the product.  Is this the best way to do it or is there a better way? ... I had originally planned to do a bank transfer to an overseas seller and so I got the bank details through the check out.  But as I am with a credit union, it turns out they don't even have a foreign department and use Western Union and Travelex to process their foreign transactions.  That means there might be fees as the money goes through them and I can't be sure that the full amount is even received by the seller.  Also this could take extra time to get to the seller.  To cut the long story short, I might have to resort to Paypal after all.  But now it seems I cannot get into Paypal anymore for the same transaction.  Any ideas how I can 'undo' the intended bank transfer that e-bay has now on record. HI Want to purchase an item from a seller in the uk who has on her settings does not post to Australia. she is willing to sell to me however can't seem to change her settings to allow me to purchase ( I am blocked ) she has now suggested just payi9ng her directly thru paypal. I have bgone to do this but when I tickj that I am purcahsing an ebay item, I et a message telling me to go thru the ebay checkout and I am not able to proceed.
