I always offer combined shipping, and occasionally that can mean waiting for several days between end of Seperate auctions, to combine the items into one invoice for the buyer. On two occasions recently, a couple of my regular buyers have paid early, incurring excess postage, because they said ebay threatened to cancel the transaction, if they didn't make payment on a specific date. Now if this is a new policy, its a bit disturbing because it's detrimental to both buyer and seller. Imagine awaiting a large payment from a regular customer, then having the transaction cancelled, surely that can't be right. Surely it's up to the buyer and seller to action transaction cancellations ?
