I have purchased some vitamins from China and intend to sell them on eBay. The products are marketed by a Canadian company which I assume has their product manufactured in China. Am I in breach of any laws if I sell the same product. I have done some searches and have found that the Trademarks are not registered in Australia.

Can anyone please tell me how to enter a store category using the Ipad app? Also, how to show buyers bank details on check Out. I am using the app to list but can't see either option and am having to revise via laptop which is annoying. Have tried asking ebay but no joy ... hoping someone else has cracked it and I just can't see it myself. cheers ks

Hello all! Please help. I have a issue with a ebayer thats now out of control.I purchased a pair of sunglasses from a seller-i contacted them in order to pay on pick up as they lived in the same area as me. They replied that they are overseas-however wanted payment immediately and they will work out with a friend to send it to me. Less than 6 hours later i was receiving emails demanding payment,Then they became Rude emails. It just so happened that i was checking listings for sunglasses and came across a number of sunglasses that had the same background as the pair i purchased,yet it was all different user names,but the last six numbers at the end of each name was the same 336699.I started to question the seller i purchased from and was glad i hadnt paid.Since then i have been listing items-Only to find that the people purchasing my items where these people with these same last six number as the seller i purchased the sunglasses from-all ending in 336699. I have blocked 8 names containing these numbers yet they are still making accounts. At present another ebayer has purchased three of my items in one purchase,again with the same numbers- only to leave me negative feedback instantly.Here i go again with opening cases in order to get my fees back. Please help me as i really dont know what to do-this person is out of control and i cant keep up with more of their accounts. I appreciate all your time and appreciate any advise you may have. Thank you all!

Have been using Turo lister to upload new listings from previous used listings, when I go to upload send to ebay, message comes up as Warning - listing designer is no longer available in AU. I only post to Australia , would appreciate any help of why this message is coming up. 🙂 tigeranns_treasures

A buyer has used the buy it now choice on an item I am selling. They are an international buyer (I have the item marked as Only Posts to Australia). They are offering $200 dollars more than my buy it now price to make up the difference of postage costs and requesting I contact them on their personal e-mail address. I have refused, and stated I will not make any dealings or have any contact outside of the Ebay site. I am assuming they are attempting to defraud me somehow, and am not really sure what to do now. Do I report them now? How?

When I sold an item on ebay and sent my invoice to the buyer, the buyer asked me to revise the invoice and include upgraded postage costs. When I go to 'Send Invoice' I am unabke to update it although the postage and amount boxes are not greyed out and there is a button there to recalculate. The recalculate button just wipes out my postage changes.

The buyer wanted to return a pair of jeans that were BNWT. I accepted the return even though she had left less than complemtry feedback. When the jeans arrived, the tags have been massively damaged. (tag is thick cardboard) Looks like they it has been chewwed repeatedly by a dog with a good part of the corner chewed off. I can't sell this item to another buyer as New With Tags. I would complain if an item reached me in this condition. What should I do. If I refund her, I am stuck with an item I can't sell nor use. If I don't refund her, I could have a Paypal case on my hands. HELP PLEASE

Hi, I have listed all of my items in Australian eBay site with an option of shipping worldwide. But when I searched my items in ebay.com, I could not find my items there unless i clicked on worldwide tab in the left hand side. However there are some sellers who have listed their items on Australian site and is visible in US site without clicking on worldwide. I would appreciate the valuable advice from anyone in eBay community please. Thanks

can some one please explain why a seller i sold a motorbike to has 3 yes 3 unpaid item disputes, and now i am number 4 because i just filed an unpaid item dispute.because buyer only contacted the once and haven't heard from him since, this is a joke that ebay let them keep buying when they have no intentions of going through with sale.sellers have no protection at all, i thought it was 3 strikes your out obviously not. not happy.
