I had 4 items listed but no bids and was contacted to ask if I would offer 3 of the 4 items together for slightly less. It seemed to me that I should be able to make a second chance offer, but the option does not seem to be available from the drop down Actions list. Is this not allowed?

Gidday folks, have been trying to list an item and all good until I want to upload photos. I click on the picture button and nothing happens at all. I can fill in the rest of the listing no worries though! Also, through frustration I have tried to contact ebay and I get as far as choosing how I would like to make contact eg; Phone us, send an email, chat with us etc and when I click the link once again absolutely nothing happens. Although if I click it several times I get a grey over the screen but I am still able to click on anything behind the grey to get an action as long as it is not trying to contact ebay. Is it my account which has no issues I am aware of, is it my mouse or computer or has something gone wrong with settings or something technical like that which will really confuse me not being very technical minded in the computer department. HELP!

I wrote a reserve price in the description, but didn't put it in the other details. Can I withdraw it from sale and relist it so that it doesn't go on sale until the reserve is met?

I was communicating with a Seller over a ticket for Chris Tucker show at Star City on Wednesday 19/6/13. We agreed on a price and agreed to meet on Wednesday morning at a point to be handed the ticket. The Seller then sends me a message to say he has already sold that ticket. He was at Cronulla & I could not drive there during the day to collect the ticket on Tuesday. This seller had many tickets for sale on the website and his profile name reflects a ticket business. Am I able to post a negative comment on his profile even though I have not purchased any item from him. I find this sort of behaviour very disgraceful.

A potential buyer of one of my auction items has emailed me requesting that if she were to buy the item, would I allow her to delay payment until 17 July 2013, as she would not be able to pay until then. My first impulse is to say "no", as I don't think anyone would ask the sales staff at any other shopping outlet for something like this, plus I simply don't wish to wait that long for payment. Still, I don't want to seem nasty by refusing either. Any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I sold an item on ebay. The buyer sent me an email saying he was the winner and to leave him details for pickup arrangements and he would probably pick the item up on friday morning. I sent him an invoice with name/address/mobile number to contact me and told him that friday morning was fine but to confirm as he was unsure. The invoice was sent on the day of the auction. 2 days later he sent me an email saying I never contacted him and already left a negative comment!!! As far as I am concerned I acted as I always do promptly and with courtesy. I am sure you will check all the emails that were sent and realise that he was out of line. I just sold 2 items to the same person. Postage costs were included in the purchase but she tells me she wants to pick up instead and would like me to issue an invoice with the postage deducted. Firstly, cant seem to deduct the postage from the invoice, how do I do this? Also is it imperative that I send the invoice?
