As above. This was the description of the item. The buyer says she received it yesterday (I checked the tracking no with AP and the item was actually delivered on Friday 5.10) and she says it is not as described. She says the wool is "rough and scratchy" and the cardi has pilling and it's only in wearable, not good, condition. She also complained about the packaging, that it had been just shoved in a "sad" plastic bag with a roughly tied bow and the cardi was wrinkled. The item travelled from Melb to remote WA and AP are rough with their items and it's inevitable that the cardi is going to get wrinkled and it's nothing a wash and hanging out on a line wouldn't fix. (It was washed anyway before going.) I have a good memory and I remember the bag I wrapped it in and it wasn't the bag she said it was wrapped in. She asked no questions about the item before winning it. I didn't notice any pilling and to me the wool is just ordinary wool but had she asked questions I'd have examined the item and answered her. She then questioned my honesty and said that it didn't look like it had been bought last year and that it looked much older than that. (I am required by my profession to be honest so I was very personally offended by this.) I told her she can have my Visa statements to prove purchase if she wants them... I have offered to refund her the item if she sends it back to me at her cost. She wants me to pay for her postage and she'll refund me my listing fees. What do you all think? Thanks.
