See above. Agreed payment date was about 8 days later and on due date buyer was sent invoice and complained postage was too expensive. Buyer had 2 bulky items to combine postage and these although weighing 2 kg, could not go into a 3 kg AusPost satchel bag abd have to go in a 5kg similar bag. Postage was charged at $15 ($14.50 for the purchase of bag and 50 cents for packing and handling). Is this unreasonable? Deal is now up for resolution but should such a buyer be blacklisted?

Have had a look in the listings and cant find it, in my ebay summary the price is in red and noticed that there is a response on the "send to online auction" should i click this or is this just an ebay trap to make me list it twice to extract even more money?, thanks, sorry new to this, regards joe

I accidentally listed (and sold) an item on ebay.com instead of ebay.com.au Now I am unable to create an invoice because the site requires a US shipping service and US departure point and will not let me include shipping costs since I am in Oz, not the US. When I send an invoice (request for payment) through PayPal the purchaser does not receive it. Help please!! The online help and live help have been NO help!

A buyer won an auction I had a couple of days ago and paid via paypal straightaway. They included a note with their payment requesting that I drop off the item to them. My listing clearly states that the auction is pick up only an there is no way that I could drop the item off to them I contacted the buyer and advised that I am not able to drop off the item and they will need to pick it up. I heard nothing so I sent another message and still no response. What should I do now?

I have said in my preferences somewhere that I will combine postage for items won at auction over a 2 week period. The sale date of the 1st item was 16.6.12. I contacted him the same day regarding postage options ... - no answer. I asked again on 18.6.12. Around this time I sent him payment info. He asked was it ok if he held off payment because he was interested in other items. I said yes. On the 3rd july I messaged him saying I had waited over 2 weeks to see if he was going to bid on anything in that period & he hadn't, so I asked him for payment. Now, 24 days later, he has won another item (10.7.12). Not paid for either item yet. I am concerned that this bidder will keep on delaying payment by saying he will bid on something coming up. How do I stop this perpetual cycle? What's the best way to handle it?

Hi there, I'm trying to sell some stuff and wanting them to appear on the US eBay site. However, after I have ticked worldwide shipping to United States and entered a postage cost. I still can't find those items on the US site. Also when I try to list on the US eBay site directly, it now tells me I have reached the monthly selling limit for sells to United States. But none of my current items are available on the US eBay? Pretty confused. Looking for answer! Thanks!

Item was sold at auction - PayPal listed as payment method, local pickup only. Buyer doesn't have PayPal account and wants to pay on pickup with cash. I don't want this as I feel they will try to haggle for a lower amount etc. What should I do? If buyer wants to cancel contract and I agree can this be done quickly and easily so I can relist. There were other bidders.

What am I doing wrong? I want to discount the postage on the invoice as the item will be a pick up. I have inserted a negative amount into the discount box on the invoice, but the total will not change showing the discounted amount. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Hi All I recently had an item that was won on auction by a buyer who has never bought anything before. This buyer comes from Malaysia. They have not answered my queries about payment to me and I have sent a couple of invoices. My item was listed as a sale to Australia only. What can I do now. I do not expect them to pay or even reply to me any longer but my item is sitting up there as an "waiting for payment" which is a nuisance and I would like to get rid of it and I would also lioke to get re list my item. Hi On the top of my ebay page there is information saying that you can sell up to 10 items a month and I'm getting close to that limit. But at the bottom of the page it says that you can list up to 30 items a month. Which is it? Thanks

Hi A buyer marked payment as sent but the trolley icon was not lit up. I sent a message asking what method of payment was used as I had no record of a Paypal or bank deposit having been made. It was a bank deposit and since been cleared in my account but the checkout complete is still unlit. I am about to post the item but wondering if this will cause a problem with eBay? Cheers Deborah
