I see a lot of people seling a random item in their listing for example a blank shirt and mark it as the cheapest item amongst say a funny graphic print shirt for sale in the same listing. Is that allowed?

I tried listing this Camrose and Kross watch for sale last week: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/395852330998 But it has been removed because ebay say I have infringed their counterfit item policy because the watch is a reproduction. I tried to appeal because I have found the same watch for sale on the US ebay site but my appeal was rejected. The watch is not the original - of course! it is an authorised and certified reproduction made by Seiko. Any thoughts on what I can do here to satisfy ebay? Thanks!

I sold an expensive piece of jewellery to America. EBay took $634 seller fees and I was paid $4865. Buyer didn’t receive jewellery, stolen in the post. I had to refund $5500 to the buyer and now eBay won’t refund me my seller fees which is wrong because the sale never went through and I’ve had to pay more than what I received. No necklace and no money! I at least want the seller fees back!

Ebay has been harrassing me for weeks complaining my details need updating. I have completed forms and attached 5 or 6 different pictures to support details of my licence and they continue to request the details. They have suggested I dont keep sending same pictures but as I told them, check the backgrounds etc as they are all different and have been taken with 3 different cameras. They are blackmailing me by holding funds and now they tell me I cant close account without sorting account details. Ypou cant speak to anyone and they said they tried to call me which was a lie. They dont leave a message. Appalling customer service and all I want is my money back and MY ACCOUNT CLOSED

My ads are not running and I am not selling anything because eBay has blocked my ads. They say the ads do not comply with brand regulations. Even after I changed the ads, they still are blocked. Can someone please advise me how I can resolve this matter?

Hi I received an offer from a buyer, to which I sent a counter offer, which subsequently expired. I would like to contact that buyer to let him/her know I would accept the original offer, if they are willing. I can't find a way of making contact. Is that possible? Thanks

If I sell an item with free postage can I still print shipping labels, I prefer to use Auspost over Sendle as I don't have a vehicle and can access my local Post Office on foot and pay over the counter, much easier than getting a neighbour to take me to the local Sendle drop off point.

Hi community! OK, I think I have a weird one here.... I have selling fees outstanding of $12.49. It should come off my VISA which is stored with Ebay. Instead, Ebay keep trying to deduct from my bank account - also stored with Ebay. (This is a deposit only account so it cannot be drawn upon) The set up is: Payouts go to bank account. VISA used for purchases and payment of fees. I was using the app and after an hour on Ebay support chat I worked out that there is an on/off switch in payment methods (only available on desktop website) and I switched VISA to ON for payment of fees. Today, after yet another threat of sending me to a debt collector, I tried the ONE TIME PAYMENT and the only option given is the BANK ACCOUNT! I am beyond frustrated. It's only $12.49! Has anyone out there ever had this mishap happen? To be honest, even after I set my payouts to weekly, they still paid me out next day and then billed me for postage. 😞 I will rock quietly in the corner whilst I await replies lol

wonderful promises, but didn't do jack **bleep**..they have a scammer selling blue desert rose seeds but after 16 months of waiting to flower, they turned out pink... I had 70 orders for flowers, now I have to apologise to every person who ordered. eBay won't help you...all they care about is the money they make from him and can't get in touch to complain. You suck ebay... you're no better than the scamming thief...

I have noticed in the last day or so when sending offer eligible to customers who place an item on their watch list that it now runs for 4 days instead of 2. This ties up a listing if they don’t choose to accept and further ‘watchers’ cannot be sent an offer in a timely manner

I recently sold an item on Ebay. Once again I get the buyer wanting to cancel the order after winning it. This is happening quite regularly. The description was good, photos were clear. Then Ebay tells the buyer not to pay and that I would be refunded....They can't refund me for the time it takes me to package and label the items. I am sick of these buyers not being made accountable for change of mind. When is Ebay going to stop and say, sorry you win you pay.....
