Hello, I'm trying to return an item to the seller, but the seller hasn't provided an address. The only address on the parcel is 'eBayEasyship 110 Internationale Blvd Glendale Heights, IL 60139' - which I guess is the eBay depot. Do I send the parcel there? Or, how can I get the seller's address? The seller will not respond to me or eBay. What happens if I'm unable to return the item to them? Cheers, D

Hello everyone Please help me out, I recently receive negative feedback because buyer failed to read the whole listings. I described the watch as brand new but require new battery. Sold as is no return or exchange. When I pointed out that watch need new battery buyer responded she put new battery. I sent her message again if she provide proof from the watchmaker that battery has been replaced and still not working, I'm happy to talk to ebay. No response from buyer but instead leaving negative feedback I have reported to ebay but my experience being on ebay for 20+ years always the seller who will be disadvantage. Seller has no option to post negative feedback. This is the buyer' s tool to retaliate to seller Appreciate any feedback and hopefully from ebay Thank you

Hi, we seem to be experiencing an increase in deceptive listing's on ebay. In the way that a particular brand is used on an item, when in fact the item / product is a Chinese copy. I don't want to give a specific example at this stage, as I am in conversation with a seller that is doing this. If you were to ask buyers if this is the case, you would find out that this is the case. The other problem is false origins of the the item. Quite often, the address for the product is in Sydney, when in fact it is in China. Most people are probably okay with these things, but I think that sellers should be held accountable & it should be noted in their listings. Otherwise there should be repercussions. Problem When trying to use a voucher code, you get this error. Likely Root Cause The seller has established some sort of restriction on the code. Usually it's only certain payment types, a certain number of uses, a minimum or maximum dollar amount, etc. In a recent case, the maximum of 2 applications didn't show up as obvious and required digging multiple clicks deep to confirm that was the issue. It wasn't clear whether it was for 2 items or 2 orders - presumably it was a per-item limit.

I ordered a head unit in July that the seller promised would work with my car's specific model, however they sent the wrong wiring kit, meaning I can't connect it to my car. I tried contacting the seller for a replacement, however they stopped responding after the return window closed in August. Attempting to file for a return or refund doesn't work, as the item doesn't appear in the Item Picker, and the AI chatbot is completely useless - telling me to file for a return through the item page (which I stated I can't do) or to reach out to the seller (even when I've made it clear they aren't responding). I can't even ask to speak to a real agent, as it just tells me I can't since I haven't ordered anything in the last 90 days. Is there anything I can do here?

Would appreciate being advised the correct way I should conduct myself RE an item I won that listed Postage as "Australia Post Standard Parcel" with no mention of Signature Required. Unless I really want something, I never bid/buy an item that requires a signature. This item certainly is not in that category This morning I received Aust. Post SMS saying item at P.O. to be picked up as Seller Requested Signature. I live in a rural area & very rarely stop in the tiny township, as I usually drive straight through. I've read that Aust. Post keep the item for 10 days & then return it to sender. If this happens should the seller refund me?
