EBay's return/refund protocol is flawed as it doesn't allow buyers to claim refund based on delivery rejection of disgusting/damaged product, in my case tempered and likely opened packaging with gaping holes exposing damaged goods, yet despite being provided with photo evidence of the rejected at once and with the package departing 10 min later with the same courier back to the sender. Upon contacting the seller and assurances of a refund, the seller falsely advised EBay the goods were subsequently delivered, and EBay accepting this without hesitation, instructed me, the bayer, before I can receive any refund and upon receiving mailing label, which by the way was never sent, was to first return the package, I never accepted NOR signed for. I've wasted day & 1/2 in attempt to penetrate this EBay seller protection wall, but no link NOR menu option/s to actually reach the EBay bureaucrats in order to 1) explain the mechanics of the seller's fraud, and 2) submit fraud evidence! My question is what is the preferable LEGAL avenue to make EBay bureaucrats to wake up and to listen and do their JOBS!!!
