When buyers purchase multiply items and have requested a combined postage invoice, ebay seems to some times put express post as the top option. Even if I change it, the buyer in this case has ended up with an incoice for express post at $7.50 although you can not buy an 500 gram express post bag at this price anywhere. Now this buyer is threating to leave negetive feedback and keeps emailing me, like she wants a fight. I have refunded her the entire purchase back. How do I stop this from happening again? Hi All, My latest click & send bags have not arrived on time and I have run out. My fault for not ordering sooner. I have parcels that need to be posted and was just wondering if anyone knows if I would be able to use shur tuff bags by putting them under my own packaging through click & send. Any help would be appreciated. polly

Had odered a tablet from a hongkong supplier but item sent from China, usualy im happy with their products but this time my item arrived with broken screen, it was bubble wrapped and not boxed though. On opening packedge, small white fibers came out of packedging. Have contacted AUSPOST as they delivered it and contacted seller.

I still have the post office receipt,and the registered post i sent the same day arrived last week,but buyer says their unregistered parcel hasnt arrived-am i legally responsible for a refund? when they didnt take up the offer of registered post that i offered?

she said when she revieved the envelope it was torn and the item was gone, i have contacted australia post to see if it was in their lost items but it wasnt. what happens now? do i need to give a refund, she didnt pay for registered post, so i dont believe its my fault that the package was opened and the item was takien. what do i do? help!!!

An item I shipped over a week ago hasn't turned up to the buyer in NSW (I'm in WA). I did not do registered post ( and the buyer didn't request it). I have asked the buyer to check with the PO, which she says she has done. What's the process after this? Do I have to pay her back?

When purchasing a Jack & Jill Seat/Bench new the freight/shipping varies from between $22 - $44. But some good used ones are in Victoria...nice and aged. If I can get reasonable shipping fee, it may ge a go-er. Would appreciate any information. Cheers

I'm using Pack and Send for the first time. Everything entered ok so I hit "process". It came back with "You have to select a service for this item". I go down to Service but it comes back with "The system cannot find services for the transportation of content or options that you entered" Now I've gone back and checked all the fields and it appears ok but obviously I'm missing something (but it's simple too!!) The Help call centre is closed. Can anyone help pls? thanks

I previously purchased from the same seller and 6 items had a post rate of $8.97, now they want $65 for 15 items of similar weight, ribbon. I understand that postage costs but, come on I could send a parcel to Antarctica and it would not cost as much! Sigh.

I have been sending my parcels with the same Australia Post agency for over 3 1/2 years. I package parcels so that they are irregular in shape, so postage is at a lesser charge for buyers. This Australia Post Agency is now charging me cubic charges on all of my parcels, regardless of their shape, which is so expensive, that I fear I will have to stop selling on eBay, as postage charges will be too dear for people to buy from me. The owners of the Australia Post Agency seem to be out-of-sorts with me personally, and after 3 1/2 years of sending irregular shaped parcels with them, I feel this is so unjust. I am able to travel to other Post Offices, and they will accept my irregular parcels. What should I do? N.B. The previous owner of this Australia Post Agency showed me how to package items so that they were irregular shaped to help me with postage charges!!!

I thought that I had mastered the click and send postal system but I have just tried to list 2 books as one listing and when I entered the postage charge of $10.55 I got a message to say that I can't charge more than $8.30. Has this suddenly altered? Thank you for any replies

I listed parcel post and registered post was an optional extra. The buyer has only paid the lower registered post amount which is not enough to cover even normal post costs. What can I do?

I have a listing with several bids and over 5 days to go. I tried to revise the listing to open it up to overseas bidders but I can find a way to do it. To add insult to injury, when I submit any revision eBay suggests that I offer International Shipping, yet offers no way to achieve it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I want to set my own postage rates for Australia-wide delivery. But eBay's Australia Post Postage Calculator is not accurate. We have an Australia Post account, and get cheaper rates than across-the-counter pricing. In some cases, eBay's Australia Post Postage Calculator prices are twice what we would actually charge. None of the 3 postage options apply to this scenario: - Calculated Postage - (is often wrong) - Flat Rate (we don't want to offer a flat rate) - Local pickup only (we deliver Australi-wide How can I set my own postage rates? As an example, Item # 150765177877 ( http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/McLaren-Vale-Reserve-Shiraz-Cleanskin-Wine-1-dozen-/150765177877 ) shows Postage option as "Freight - Read the item description or contact the seller for details". And postage rates are listed, and will be included in the eBay invoice. That's what I'd like to do. Any assistance well appreciated.

I can't see a link for request a total anywhere along the process, the two items are both 'buy it now' from the same seller. The seller and I have spoken via messages and agreed on shipping however I can't work out how to request the invoice during the checkout process.

Pack and send International has tracking (end to end" and Registered Post International only has (proof of posting and a signature on delivery) I would prefer the buyer tracking the item along the way.

i have recently sold an item and the postage wasnt as much as I thought. So I have gone into the invoice to amend the postage charge but it wont let me, when I press recalculate it defaults back to the original postage charge..how do i change it before sending the invoice thank you

I have a few listings in which i have supplied the weight and dimensions of the item for the postage calculater to work out postage when a buyer buys.The problem im having is that if they buy more than 1 item, it calculates the postage rate only for the 1 item, not the amount that they have purchased. Is there a way around this????

if i am able to pick an item up but the seller hasent offered this as an option on the items page with the postage price . I have contacted the seller and they have agreed i can pick the item up without paying postage but i am still not sure if they will try and make me pay the $100+ postage when i turn up if i bid/buy the item even though it wont be posted . where do i stand with this

Its been a day past the estimated delivery date of something I ordered a week or so ago, should I be concerened because when I put in the tracking number in USPS site, the only info is "electronic shipping info recieved"

I just recently bought an item and was under the impression it was free postage and handling as where you click to buy it clearly states free poastage and handling, yet in the thorough description it sayd pick up. It does not anywhere state Local Pick up Only. Where do I stand? I need some help. This is my situation, a book that I wanted was listed here on eBay and I followed the auction, bid on the book and eventaully won the book. A few days later I received the invoice to pay for the book, of which I did. However, 1 week later I get a message from the seller telling me that when they went to the post office to post the cost for postage was double that of what was originally asked. So the book could not be posted. I still very much want the book and am happy to pay for the extra postage but seeing that I have already payed for the book through the eBay invoice system, How do I go about fixing up the postage amount, or if I can't do anything from my end, what can the seller do?

So right now, I am in a dispute with a seller over a missing poster. The seller seems certain that a) It's got lost in the mail but he would track it, and after 15 years of selling, he is certain that he can track it. Which I don't believe for one second. b) My mail is being stolen. B is impossible because I haven't left my house in six weeks due to agoraphobia and the postman has delivered every other parcel I have ordered (even from overseas) but this particular poster. So I'm asking you guys, are my disbeliefs right that you can't track an AusPost parcel if you haven't registered or can you?

Hi All I purchased from a seller on 24/08, paid immediately and sent a msg through ebay to let the seller know. There was no contact from the seller and the payment hadn't been marked as received so I sent another msg (again through ebay) asked the seller if payment had been received on 29/08. Seller answered, letting me know that they had received the payment and due to some private family problems (full explanation was given) was unable to post until 31/08. A few msg's were exchanged and ended with me wishing the seller luck with their situation and that I would keep an eye out, thanked them very much for letting me know. The 31st came and went, as of today 05/09 the item is still yet to be marked as posted. I sent a quick msg yesterday, just to follow up and see if all had gone well and have had no reply as yet. I know everyone has lives outside of ebay and most don't access their accounts daily (myself included) and I am taking this into account and given the situation the seller has explained, I feel hesitant to push but I don't really know how long I should leave things. The seller has also received f/b since so has posted out or bought and paid for items at some stage since the 24th. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
