What is the protocol for selling if Ive listed an item for auction. Can I withdraw it and sell it to a particular bidder?

Hi all. Recently after trying to communicate with a non payer and getting no response. I opened an unpaid item case. Now I am already aware they cant leave a neg for the unpaid item at the centre of the dispute. But unfortunately I didnt realise they had purchased other items off me previously, which they had paid for and I had posted. I am worried they will now leave a neg for the items purchased and paid for previous to the one the dispute was opened for as they got very nasty, was another case of the buyer not reading the item description properly. So I have a question. Can a buyer who has and unpaid item dispute opened against them also leave feedback for other items? Or does the dispute process stop them leaving feedback for other items also?. I just wish I had of realised they had made the separate purchases before opening the dispute... Would never of done it as I know how some buyers work on here. Thanks in advance.

If someone purchases an item, I send an invoice. At this stage nothing has been paid. After a few days they buy another item. I am happy to combine the items and give a postal discount so how do I add the second item to the original invoice I have already sent?

I need to send an invoice to a buyer, however i cant find where to update the postage to free postage, i tried to update but when i press recalculate it goes back to postage charged...how do i update 🙂

Hi-I was looking through Bvlgari Sunglasses last night,and i came across( what i believe ) a seller that has 8 (eight ) different accounts or user IDs. They were listed as all different locations however all locations were just suburbs apart. These user IDs all have the same last 6 number digits to their name-which should make it easy for you all to see. My question is How many account can one have?Thanks in advance Cheers!!!

I noticed that all auctions had indicated the number of hours and days remaining, but the info on the ebay page did not tell me what duration allocated right from the start. Also when does the auction begins after listing? Please help.

I have downloaded turbo lister from the Australian ebay site. However, the weights under the Postage Options are in lbs and ozs, not metric, and the dimensions are in inches. Does anyone know how I can change or fix this?

Hi, I'm wondering what to do when a buyer, that simply cannot be pleased, leaves 'negative' feedback? I've offered a full refund including postage and a free quaility gift for the inconvenience. Apart form this, his outline of the events don't quite add up! I've had flawless 100% feedback for 187 trades and now have 1 negative that's dropped it to 97% something. Very disappointed! I haven't had to work hard at getting/keeping 100% because I just like to do the right thing.

A buyer made an "Ebay User Information Request" to get my personal details and phone me at home to ask what my "Buy it now" price would be. Ebay notified me to say that the request had been made after they had already given out the information. I am quite annoyed about this. I don't even know how they request that information! Interested in your thoughts ?????

Hello all, I have just sold a kiln with calculated shipping, the cost was calculated on the listing by the bidder typing his postcode into the supplied box. The problem is the buyer wanted to email me a pack and send label to stick on the parcel and for me to remove postage from the invoice, I refused. He now wants me to allow a courier to collect from my address, at this time it is not convenient. It would seem that pack and send is cheaper than calculated shipping, but he placed his bid with calculated shipping knowing how much it was going to cost him. What should I do now? Cancel the sale? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I have sent a parcel to a buyer which was delivered to her PO box back on 5th April. It is still uncollected. Aust Post have emailed both the buyer and myself to say if it is not collected in 5 business days it will be returned to sender. I have 2 questions regarding this. 1. If I have to re-post am I within my rights to charge the buyer additional postage. I have emailed her several times advising the item is awaiting collection at her post office box. 2. If she then changes her mind and doesn't want the item and lodges a dispute for not received, do I have a leg to stand on. I can prove item was posted etc. Thanks

im selling an old padlock a fellow has puta proxy bid on it ans is now asking me to cancel his bids he is also winning the auction with 2 days to go. I have copy and pasted his excuse to me, Im wondering if this is a valid reason Hello, Can you please cancel my bid for this Auction. I have done some homework and found out these Padlocks are not as old as I thought. Infact I can still buy the same Padlocks Brand-New with all the same details on the face of the Padlock. All the details are the same such as 660, Squire Old English, Forged Steel Shackle, 4 Brass Levers.. on a Brand-New identical Padlock. If it was older the lock would have a different numbers than 660 etc...compared to the identical new lock I found. Another eBay seller sells them. Sorry about cancelling my bid. Do i have to cancel his bid especially having a proxy bid on it. Can someone tell me where i stand with this. thankyou for your time.
