promotional offer 'sell for free'

ebay offered a promotional offer 'sell for free on ebay' with no listing or final value fees for 10 items listed between 10/11/20 and 20/12/20. I listed 10 items now the offer has disappeared.Anyone else have this issue and what can we do?
