Whenever I worried about it I got the standard Ebay message along the lines of 'please be patient with deliveries during Covid' which is all well and good, but it meant that my buyer protection expired. I've been continuing the conversation politely with the seller, but today Ebay blocked contact as the case is now over 90 days old. Yeah, I know. And my patience has most definitely not been rewarded. Looks like I lost my money - and the item wasn't cheap. Are you able to reestablish contact for me, given the seller is also acting in good faith? Or make an exception re buyer protection, given Ebay's own advice is to wait longer? I feel completely powerless and would love some good news.
