Hey guys, Just need some input here, so I started a free 30 day eBay plus free trial and I am reading the conditions https://pages.ebay.com.au/Buyer_coupons/plusTC/ and clause 3.2 state: "3.2. If you cancel your eBay Plus membership during the 30-day trial period, you will incur no fees or other charges for the membership. You will continue to receive all eBay Plus benefits until the end of the 30-day trial period, at which time your eBay Plus membership will end." So I cancelled my membership a few days after as I usually forget to cancel before a free trial ends. Nearly most large companies let you cancel before the free trial end date and the full free trial continues. Anyways, I signed up for the eBay plus spend $90 and get a $10 gift voucher offer (https://pages.ebay.com.au/spendreward/) but apparently now I am not eligible cause I am not an eBay plus member but I technically am given the clause 3.2 Spoke to chat and a manager and they both said I cancelled it and while i am not denying I cancelled it, I quoted them clause 3.2 and BOTH IGNORED IT!!!! I gave them their own terms and conditions they broke and they put the blame back on me, they don't want to take no fault at all. This is the mentality of these reps, when they have hard evidence its their fault, they don't want to resolve it. Am I in the wrong?

When I try to contact a seller to request a tax invoice, I'm taken to this error page: "Well, this is embarrassing. We're sorry, but something went wrong on our side. Please try again later." I've tried repeatedly, and also logged out and back in again, and cleared cookies and cache in my browser. Can't seem to find anywhere to check the status or to contact ebay about site issues...

Why have ebay changed the site so that categories and sub categories are no longer visible. Thsi si reallyt going backwards. How are customers supposed to see what you have? I am utterly devastated. After 17 years I may have to shut my store as customers cant find anything.

Going in circles as the help guide says: How to ask us to step in Find the item in your Purchase History Select See request details (if your item didn’t arrive) or See return details (if you’re trying to return an item). Select Ask eBay to step in. This is not an option on my return and the seller is no longer responding so how do I escalate?

I have noticed jumper cables being sold as "3000 amps" and other capacities, when querying the seller on the size of the cable, the cable is either way under size, or they don't know the size of the cable. reporting the item does not have an option for false advertising.

Recently I have been unable to log in directly to ebay Australia using the Chrome browser. I end up on a page with very large font and large horizontal chevrons? Is this a particular issue or is it linked to Win 10 and Chrome??

One of my listings still says on it "Offer sent to buyer" however I haven't sent an offer in 6wks. The item is for sale and I'm not sure how to remove that or if it's affecting the listing in anyway. Has anyone else come across this before?

Although details of my password are not displayed on logon, it has been automatically set so that I do not need to enter the details. This is a security risk and I need to delete the preset logon password so that it must personally inserted by myself?

Hi, can you assist us, its the first time that this msg prompt us that we need to use age verification in order to sell wine while trying to update the stock listings. It never happens before. Now it tells us to Choose Flat Rate, then select from two general shipping service with adult signature service options: "Standard Shipping with Age Verification" or "express Shipping with Age verification".

In the last couple of days:- ebay no longer shows "any Postage Details" when the "+ Show Postage Details" button is pressed, but the button text does change to "- Hide Postage Details". I've tested this on a PC with my usual browser FireFox but also with Internet Explorer. FYI: I've disabled/off the "Block Pop Up" settings in FireFox. cheers WillB
