I purchased a small submersible pump that was delivered in a badly damaged condition. The seller refused and claimed he was was unable (???) to issue me a pre-paid postage label so I could return it at no cost to me. The seller is now unwilling to issue me a refund unless I remove the negative but accurate feedback that I left due to his tardiness in accepting a return, and the large number of photo's and emails required to resolve the matter. I am willing to modify my feedback, however what guarantee is there that I will get a refund for my return postage costs? How do I get eBay to step in and resolve the matter as there is a lot of info for sellers but not much for buyers on damaged returns? Cheers, Tony J.
