I did not notice it for a while but recently I discovered that eBay marketplace GMbH took money from my PaayPal account calling it"automatic payment' as well as 'pre-approved payment". Last month I spent hours on live chat eith eBay achieving nothing. I demanding to show me all the deductions and explanations. They were not sble to do it. Then they say they would refund that withdrawal on 16 January but they did not. On 16 Fenruary I did it again!  They are not reachable, not respondable, not approachable - just elusive asn the famous Baghdad thief. I see other people complaint about the same. we shall combine our efforets. I complainted to PayPal just now and they informed me that they stopped further unautorised activities from eBay Marketplace GMBH. Why are so many paypal payments now showing as a payment to ebay with no indication of what the item was or of the seller to whom the money was sent? Does anyone else find it confusing when checking their paypal account or is it just me? ... View more

Hi. When I go to checkout to pay for the item which I just won, I continually get the error "Oops. Something went wrong. Try again later." Sometimes I am able to get into checkout and click on pay with PayPal before it does it. Sometimes it does it straight from the pay now button. I have also had it do it from the PayPal page after I have successfully logged into PayPal.  I have tried multiple times to complete the checkout process on both my iPad, and on my pc, I have used both Edge and Chrome and get the same errors. What a pack of thieves! After losing my package in December, Sendle refunded my shipping fee January 5. Ebay have not processed the refund to me - they've kept it. You can't even ring up and talk to a human to explain your problem - currently on hold 2 hours waiting and listening to "please continue to hold for the next available agent" on the eBay number given to me by PayPal support. I've tried to behave openly and honestly during this entire horrible 3 month process only to be let down by the horrendous incompetence and dishonesty of disaster of a company. . Don't bother with the "help" chat - complete waste of time talking with incompetent call centre drongos with no training or knowledge - gave me the PayPal reference number for the refund I processed for the recipient who failed to receive the lost package.
