I have tried to verify my bank account with the direct option log on to my bank (which is on the list) but it just results in a sad grey face and I cant get access. I made an error in the microdeposit and have been locked out of that too. anybody got an idea how I can resolve this and get my payment. I dont have any pop ups blocked on google chrome. ... I have changed my bank account from ANZ to CBA last year, and I had my old ANZ bank account set up for the payout, I go to the payment setting and trying to add a new bank account details but the system shows an error in a small window and wont let me keep going, this has been an issue three months ago and now, i just tried again, the problem still there. Any one know how can I change the payout bank account?   What I did is go to the payment setting, clicked the add bank account button on the top right, chose add bank account, and then select CBA to link a bank account, and then the error shows : " The webpage at https://ap-test.trustly.com/_/orderclient.php Locale=en_US&OrderID=4622586708&SessionID=d699e470-2704-4f37-af58-81ca6cf4cbb3 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." ... After the customer purchased the gift card and paid, he canceled it while talking with me. However, the gift card only needs to be sent the code, so I pressed the button that sent it , and in the meantime, the customer requested cancellation, so it was not canceled. When you make a purchase and have a choice of credit card through ebay or paypal or other options like google pay. I would like to know which is best for the seller.  Say the seller has the item at a really good price and has good feedback has always done the right thing, I just want to make sure they get the best deal in regard to fees etc. SO basically what do Sellers prefer us Buyers to use, to pay them ? ... I haven't sold an item on Ebay for quite some time, but did sell something today ($100). Instead of the money going into my Paypal account as it used to, a notification said that I will receive my funds after the buyer reports that they have received the item???? Very unsatisfactory. One of my orders from the US that hasn't arrived yet (more than a month past the estimated delivery date) I sent a request to the seller asking to investigate if it is still in the US or if it's actually left the country. Australia Post as yet have no info for the package. Anyway the seller decided to refund instead (partially) to my payment methods, split up to PayPal and the other to the gift card I used. The problem is I've used quite a few gift cards this year and once the balance is zero on the card I delete the details off the checkout screen and delete the confirmation email for that gift card so I no longer have those details, such as the  13-digit redemption code. The invoice doesn't tell you what gift card you use, it just says 'gift card'. Is there any way to retrieve that redemption code so I can use the refund for something else? Can eBay provide me with those details from the original transaction?  ... View more
