I recently sold an item on eBay, but the system charged me twice for the same postage label, using the same tracking number both times. Now it’s showing an outstanding selling cost of $22.55 that I shouldn’t have to pay. I tried reaching out to Customer Service, but the AI chat assistant is completely unhelpful — it doesn’t understand my situation and keeps giving me irrelevant options. The issue isn’t with the buyer; it’s clearly a problem with eBay’s shipping system. When I finally found the “Contact Us” link, it just looped me back to the “Help Yourself” FAQs or the same automated chat assistant again. I’ve been going in circles for 30 minutes with no way to reach a real person for help. Has anyone else run into this issue, or found a way to contact an actual human support agent?
