I used to use the option of small satchell, now it starts at medium for $12.20. I've looked on an android computer but still same. I am now forced to buy $9.20 prepaid satchell from the post office instead of printing labels at home. Why do they make it harder to sell everytime I want to list something?

Hi there, I have been writting the descriptions of my listings, and included a bit of html for looks. I am having a bit of an issue with sharing urls to some of my store's pages (related products, category pages, etc...). The urls are working fine but my only issue is that I can't work out a way for the link to send a visitor to their eBay website in their country => ie. a visitor from the US gets redirected to the page on the US website, a visitor from Australia gets redirected to the page on the Australian website, and so on. It can otherwise be confusing for the visitors as the prices will display in different currencies. Does this make sense? I was wondering if you guys have found solutions for this issue or if there are alternative solutions. Thanks a lot for your answers. Nic - Mind Your Craft

It's been a while since I've sold anything on EBay and have a few items to list. I have come up against the: "This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. You can list up to $10.00 more in total sales this month. Please consider reducing the starting price or request to list more" message. Does this mean that I can no longer fix a starting price or BIN price on listed items? is a $10/month limit normal? I find it hard to believe that this is the case but can't find any reference either here on site or by search engine that doesn't refer to store operators.

Q I understand things will change again when MP is compulsory for all, but recently I read that items won't be in buyers search if tracking is not mentioned in delivery options. (think it was an update or email...) posting currently only within australia...........I track everything but the options I get when relisted or editing items is: stardard parcel parcel registered (which its not signed for due to covid - it has an item id// article id so I don't think this is the correct option) or small/medium box satchel plus signature - again no signatures obtained and similar and I don't want to write letter with tracking if its a parcel. What is the correct delivery option to select when using an AP satchel or own packaging wtih article id attached (both trackable). the options don't say with tracking only the letter options.... thank you

Sold an item in Oct of last year where I had to create a label multiple times due to an error that prevented me from accessing the first two after downloading them to print. The two unused labels were cancelled, but I was initially charged for them on the Nov invoice and told that I'd be credited it back for December. Still yet to do so, and a dozen or so attempts to contact eBay support since have proven to be absolutely useless, with support reps saying they are "personally handling this" or that "they will be taking this up with their supervisor" telling me to wait 'x' amount of days and I'll get the refund, but absolutely nothing has come to fruition. With no phone support either for eBay Aus, have wasted a total of 20+ hours all up on chat trying to get this sorted so far. Anyone know anything at all that might help solve this? At my wits end at this point.

I have been selling for a while, but allof a sudden my fees are getting too high and i still have lots of items to sell. am i better off opening a ebay store? i understand the 3 levels of stores. considering the 600 items per month, but ive been told that i have to list things with COllectables as a category to enable to be entitled to get 600 free lsiting. is this correct ? or how do i go about this. thanks

This happens every now and then and it's happening again right now. For some reason, buyers can't request an invoice for combined post on several items (after doing a BIN, but not yet paying) and I'm not able to send them an invoice either. Other times, buyers are 'required' to pay immediately for each item + full post without being able to combine. Even though I do NOT have that set as a requirement. How do I deal with this, what should I tell buyers to do? Also, why does eBay make it so hard for them in the first place?

sold an item on 13th item collected and paid for to paypal, ebay does not reflect payment in my account yet they have acknowled the sale and have invoiced $46 for the sale. Its been 7days since sale Paypal say e bay must release the funds before they can trafer to my bank account. Ebay ignoring to mails to them ITEM NUMBER: 174585009018
