Hi All I recently had an item that was won on auction by a buyer who has never bought anything before. This buyer comes from Malaysia. They have not answered my queries about payment to me and I have sent a couple of invoices. My item was listed as a sale to Australia only. What can I do now. I do not expect them to pay or even reply to me any longer but my item is sitting up there as an "waiting for payment" which is a nuisance and I would like to get rid of it and I would also lioke to get re list my item. I wonder also if I will get charged by Ebay? Can anyone help please. Thanks heaps everyone' LittleDee

Hi On the top of my ebay page there is information saying that you can sell up to 10 items a month and I'm getting close to that limit. But at the bottom of the page it says that you can list up to 30 items a month. Which is it? Thanks

Hi A buyer marked payment as sent but the trolley icon was not lit up. I sent a message asking what method of payment was used as I had no record of a Paypal or bank deposit having been made. It was a bank deposit and since been cleared in my account but the checkout complete is still unlit. I am about to post the item but wondering if this will cause a problem with eBay? Cheers Deborah

Hi everyone If a buyer agrees to cancel a transaction, should the feedback for that transaction also be cancelled and removed from the system? A while back a buyer and I had confusion over an item for sale and, as a result, we agreed to cancel the sale. This was then confirmed by eBay with a "Transaction has been successfully cancelled" e-mail. However, the feedback the buyer provided for that transaction remains in my feedback list. I had hoped it would be removed automatically by cancelling the transaction. How can I remove feedback for a cancelled transaction? Thanks, Chris.

Buyer left negative feedback score despite winning an auction. Buyer wrote email stating "changed mind didn't want item" Case opened, buyer sent abusive email and I reported buyer to ebay Noticed negative feedback still left on item which required re listing and sold no problems.

Hi All...wondering if anyone can help. 😉 I sold a vehicle on Saturday...I requested contact within 48 hrs, (on the listing)..the winning bidder was online as auction was finishing..I have had no phone call or message to arrange collection time and I also noticed in his feedback that a few weeks ago he bought a car, didnt contact, pay, or collect. I sent him a msg yesterday requesting contact by 5pm today. Am I within my rights to offer 'second chance' to next high bidder? Any advice would be great

I am fairly certain this is a scam AGAIN! But the buyer tried getting me to send the item to africa and apparently can only pay through bank transfer only because 'she is havign trouble with paypal' blah blah blah and I said I do not mail there and I only accept payment through paypal and now they want a paypal money request or my paypal email address. What is a paypal money request? And would it reduce the chance of scammers if I put the item up for bidding?

hi all, is any one able to clarify for me what could have happened here, as to my knowledge reserves are onlky able to be done if your listing is in the auto or boat category.. the screenshot shows my watch list in sidebar and my ebay, i was bidding on the red unit and set my maximum bid at $356.70, when auction ended at $335.00 with the pop up message that 'price falls below seller reserve price, item relisted' i was confused..so going back through my history on the left i clicked on the listing which brought up the listing page which now has the same info as my ebay watch page on the right. the item number, start and end dates are the same on both, yet one ended at 335 with 28 bids and had a reserve and was relisted and the other ended at 355 with 29 bids. - a reserve on a general item listing? - same item same auction date end was recorded with 1 more bid and 20 bucks higher than the auction actually did end with (apparently) - both ending bids fall below my maximum bid - this was not 2 different listings for 2 seperate items, though the seller has recently sold another similar unit recently using the same pictures for the listing but stating so and the fact they had a couple of the same unit. anyone????
