I find it very frustrating that eBay seems to hide my eBay Plus benefits. I discovered I had a small 3% off code in detail buried in an eBay e-mail about a totally random item I wasn't interested in, but I remembered the code. Anyway, I tried to use the code today, and it said it couldn't be applied until I had reached the minimum amount - so I went looking for the T&Cs. Do you think I could find anything anywhere in my general or eBay Plus user area - of course not, because eBay seems to specialise in having the most convoluted user experience imaginable. Good Morning,   I am having a lot of trouble contacting and using eBay.   i wish to report an item I bought which is not working but the seller is not willing to deal with the problem. I have a phone which I cannot make phone calls with and while he accepts its faulty, he sdays he cannot get a refund from his supplier as the back of the phne has a crack in it, which we reported before we sent it back.   The full discusion is on my profile.    I have tried through ebay complaints but it wont let me as the seller told me to send it back so I did and as far as eBay are concered the matter is over, however I have no refund. I had a phone call supposedly from ebay today to say a purchase of $399.99 for a phone was made. I or my wife did not make this purchase so I tried to ring ebay back and then Paypal. After being on hold for 94 min 38 sec Mike answered to tell me PayPal was not related to ebay. Two different businesses.  How many MILLIONS did ebay pay for PayPal acouple of year back?  So when I asked him to for a suppervissor I was put on hold and hung up after 139 minutes and 59 seconds. Is not it wonderfull how well BOTH EBAY and PAYPAL treat their clients as to treat them like **bleep**.
