Hi Recently i have purchased an item in ebay and i have waited more than then the shipping agreed dates, still i didnt recive the item. I have sent several messages to the seller request for ytracking and he didnt respond, so i thougt of opening a new request for the item which i didnt receive. Once i have selected the option as "Didn't receive an item" system asked me to select the item and upon selection i was logged out automatically and requesting me to re loggin, i thought it was security measure and i have re logged in and tried and again the same issue.   Attached screenshot for your reference.   Could someone help me to resolve this please.   Thanks mram. ... Does ebay allow users to sell items via ebay motors when it is not listed on ebay.  I am looking at buying a horse float in a different state and the seller wants payment via ebay motors. I have never heard of this.  Apparently, ebay motors will hold onto my payment until I recieve the vehicle and then I have 5 days to inspect and accept the vehicle before notifying ebay who will then release the payment to seller.  Does this sound legitimate.  I have never heard of ebay being a payment service only?  Thanks  ... Hi guys,     so i bought a item a item, and the seller did not send the item, so i asked the seller what happened, and they went and marked the item as unpaid, and claims i did not pay for the item, i went to ebay resolution and ebay does not allow me to submit a ticket because the item is marked as unpiad????????? **bleep** are you kiddding me ebay. so i had to contact the seller and email my paypal receipt and the seller marks the item and sent a month later, so i contacted ebay and tried to open a ticket and ebay says the delivary date is 1.5 month later you cannot open a ticket, thats a total of 2 and a half months after the purchase date,  so as long as the item is marked as unpiad you cannot open a ticket, and the estimate is only calculated after the seller marks the item as sent. i contact ebay about this and ebay asked me to contact the seller, i have been in contact with the seller for more than a month, what the hell do you think i have been doing EBAY???      ... I  had a situation where two eBay slores and one online Chinese store had alledgedly sent out orders...but none arrived at my address. The  online store offered ro resend my item so that was OK - but another 3 weeks waiting! The two eBay sellers -coincidentally used teh same carriers and  both items never arrived.... one  basically  kept expcting me to wait to teh see dried up the other seemed to think waiting another week or more was a valid request. So imaging I  am opigged off by all this and  weeks of waiting and still no item and  a need to re-order and wait all over again. One seller has still not made a refund - but after leaving both neg Feedback... one  I found  had made a refund  - but the message  did not come through until after I posted FB. Hi, I have used Ebay for many, many years with no real hassles. Purchased an item from my Seller account as ebay was offering a discount voucher. As i had not used this account to buy I did not realise my address only included the suburb, postcode and state. Seller states item will be sent in 1 day after funds have cleared. Puchase was paid for using Buy it Now (can not purchase if you do not pay) Paypal 4 days later the Seller posts the item. Tracked the parcel through Aust Post as it was taking so long, Aust Post stated it was being returned to Seller. Sent Seller my address to verify it was sent here. As Ebay does not have my street address the buyer sent it to a Suburb! I did ask why, in the 4 days it took her to send it she had not questioned the address. I full understand that my address was not complete, but really, who sends a parcel without a street address. I suggested we pay half each to have the parcel resent, Seller wanted original postage amount again (fair enough) plus more. I asked the Resolution Centre to step in as the Seller was now very hostile and abusive (blaming me for knowing the parcel is being returned) I had to wait until the 23 Nov to proceed with the resolution. On the morning of the 23 Nov the Seller had requested a quick decision, and I am unable to have any input as the Resoution Centre has blocked me for making contact. I though the outcome would be fair and just. I was soooo wrong. Ebay sided with the seller, which I thought meant me paying the postage again,with the Sellers extra amount tacked on. No, Ebay decided it was in our best interest that the Seller keeps the parcel and the $302. How is this a decision, this is theft. Buy not having a complete address it hs cost me $302. Sometimes things don't arrive by the time specified by the seller, I have contacted them numerous times to say my purchases have not yet arrived and they always ask to give it more time, they state that if the items havent arrived in a further week or two to contact them and they will refund or send replacement. The trouble I am having is that in the meantime ebay remove all trace of the items and I have no way of collecting a refund or ensuring that a replacement is sent or even being able to leave feedback of any kind.   - Made a purchase from a seller - Didn't notice that I had the wrong credit card selected in paypal (work card) - I went to cancel the order a matter of seconds afterwards - Got the message saying something about having an hour to cancel - Said yes, I wanted to cancel - Got the message saying that's not possible - it's too late   So I've contacted the seller and hopefully they'll take pity on me, but is this an error? I have read the T&C's for this Voucher Promotion, but I wanted to clarify something ...   Where it says...   Clause 3 - The minimum spend requirements are:   to receive a $50 eBay voucher, spend $150 or more (item costs only, postage not included) in one transaction during the Offer Period; or to receive a $100 eBay voucher, spend $300 or more (item costs only, postage not included) in one transaction during the Offer Period.     and also says...   Clause 2 - To be eligible to receive an eBay voucher, you must be signed in to your account on eBay.com.au, make a purchase which meets the minimum spend requirement under clause 3 and select the Click & Collect at Woolworths & BIG W delivery option for all items purchased (up to the minimum spend requirement) during the Offer Period.   Item no. 331566418027   Purchase date: 14/09/116   Chose to purchase from local seller because the listing started that "99 per cent of purchased goods are freighted out same day if purchased before 10am."   Received message that item had been sent on Mon 19th September, and so queried seller why it wasn't freighted same day. Seller replied it WAS freighted same day, but that they are currently undertaking a system upgrade which has caused a few errors when updating details. So I give the seller the benefit of the doubt thinking the postmark will tell all. Item was listed as "Free postage Australia Post Regular Parcel + Tracking). Item arrived in envelope without any tracking. Again, I opted to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, because it wasn't an expensive item. Item arrived 11 days after purchase, with the envelope's stamp NOT postmarked. So again, I have no option but to give the seller the benefit of the doubt on the send date, but I'm starting to feel like a mug.   Is Australia Post now SO hopeless that seven business days from Melbourne to Albury is the norm? If seven business days is the norm, I can't think of any reason why I'd bother to buy online through a local seller ever again. ... View more
