A seller only offers bank transfer as payment, item is over $2000. I thought sellers must offer Paypal as one of the payment method? Can anyone confirm?

This sounds like a new SCAM. Those foreign **bleep**s will try anything to rip us off. Tell me please what you know of this from what sounds like India.

i live in country Vic and do not have postal delivery why can't delivery be to a PO box. Nearest neighbour with postal delivery is nearly 10km away bost office is 22km other direction and I have to go and pick up other mail anyway

I reported a lost purchase dated 23 Jan to you as it said to expect it by 3-5 Feb 2021 I now see that the delivery date has been changed to by 22 February 2021. I was not aware of this. I messaged the seller re this... "If it is coming from overseas could you please send me the tracking information. If it was posted with Australia Post which originally said it was going to be, then that delivery time for the 3-5th Feb was a right mix up. I have reported it to Ebay as missing. If it is still on the way, then please let me know. I am drastically in need of fixing my hard drive to access some of my drawing files.Fortunately my client, the architect, is very understanding. So please help by at least answering my posts. If the PCB is coming from overseas I do understand this. I was on the overseas site trying to find a PCB to suit and yours was the best match. The guy overseas has been very generously providing me with information on the PCBs. I can delete the bad kudos on your site. Just let me know what is happening. Can't be too hard. Thanks Heather

I purchased a NEW 5 Year Diary in July 2020 (in readiness for 1.1.21) I did not open the box until 28th December (I have had 5 Year Diaries exactly like this before - no issues). I filled in my confidential, personal & private information, Christmas, Anniversary, Birthday list & notes. It wasn't till I turned the pages 'ready to plan for the New Year' that I found out this was an OLD 5 Year Diary. The Planner Calendar Notes run from 2001 ending 31st December 2020 !!! Useless for someone like me who uses them almost daily !! This was not sold as OLD (at a 'sell-off' price), I paid FULL PRICE for a NEW 5 Year Diary - Evidently it is 'significantly different' than what was portrayed. I immediately informed the supplier of the problems 28th December 2020 Since then I have sent photo graphic 'proof of the issue' and been messaging the supplier without success!! Obviously, I will not compromise my personal, details and information in anyway - which returning the 5 Year Diary would do eBay please assist me as I have exhausted direct communication with the seller who has made 'unreasonable demands' upon me. This was the last communication from the seller: 1/ Return the diary and receive a full refund 2/ Don't return the diary - no refund 3/ Suggestion - print a planner off the internet and stick into diary 4/ 5 year diary is undated so sill can be used only the planner in out of date 5/ No further correspondence will be entered into unless the diary is returned then a full refund will given I have sent multiple requests for them to supply an up-to-date planner so I can 'stick it in' my 5 Year Diary (not ideal but it would 'fix' the problem) - although I have now not hear from the supplier for nearly two months.

i bought an item from overseas seller and my item have not arrived ive emailed the seller he said the item was sent this is back in october 2020 and i have still not received it . Australia post said it has not come into Australia at all its 09/02/21 and still nothing now all i want is a refund i cant seem to get any help from ebay there got to many qestions to answer if only they had a phone number it would help alot now i feel like i have no item and no refund cheers joe

I've just noticed that AfterPay doesn't appear to be a payment optkon anymore and was hoping to find out why and if it will return? I was able to purchase many more items I wanted rather than having to pay full price at the time of buying an item or winning an auction. Was it just a trial maybe? I would really like to see this option return though.

I am looking at a purchase but it has not been listed on eBay. The seller has told me the transaction wil be handled by eBay. I pay eBay & if the sale is accepted, then the funds will be released. If the sale is not accepted, the item is returned at eBay's & the sellers expense.

Payment pending for 4 days now. bought item payed via Ebay into sellers bank account. money did not go through as the bank account is no longer active. So at the moment seller does not have money, I do not have item and Ebay can't transfer money, hence Payment Pending. Please help

On the ad on eBay, they sell 10 X 120CM slim ceiling batten lights 40 W so I went ahead and paid for them and received order number ARWD6 19983. The purchase was through this company, brisk-footstep for $ 42.00 Dollars. On the details section, I put in a 1 meaning one pack of ten they advertise on the ad. but I only received one light fitting for the $ 42 dollar cost. (I thought it was a good deal as I purchased these 10 lights before from other websites on eBay.) The sender is REMOVEDof Regents Park who advertises contact details and a phone number, this to is disconnected so Telstra tells me so I tried to email but it too is not working. So that leaves me without being able to contact the supplier without traveling to the Regents Park premises. Can you help me with this issue? Thank you Rudolf

i paid for an item and it did not turn up, the seller has said it was lost by the global shipping centre (ebay) and that he ahs received a refund but i am yet to receive one and Ebay closed my case with no refund?? who do i contact as the seller is wiping his hands of this item was $3000AUD so im out of pocket

hi I have been in contact with this buyer since the 31st dec about getting a refund as for myself his advertising was very misleading. he said he was happy to refund. he received the item. He then told me I had to go via PayPal which i did. PayPal told me I need to go through the Merchant as this would be quicker. I told him this & he told me no, I had to go via PayPay & open a case. I did this & I know they contacted him & i did not hear from him for a week or so. I contacted hism & told him I know they contacted him & why is it taking so long for my refund. He said Ebay will automatically pay me. that was over a week ago & still have not received nothing. My purchase was order Insta 360 ONE R Insta 360 Price AU$549.99. im sure you can access all of my messages to him. I feel he is giving me the runaround. regards, Leeann

digital camera item 293953173303 Item is in perfect condition (the back screen is immaculate) but it has a dint and scratch on the bottom of the outer lens ring and scratches on the top left of the inner ring left of the word LUMIX. It appears the Camera has been dropped on it's face. The strap was also not with the item which in the manual says it is a supplied accessory and probably the reason they may have dropped it. (I have a spare strap) Item works fine but there is no way I could sell this in "as new condition". The condition of the item is listed as "Used" but the sellers added descrition is "as new hardly used" so I don't know if it is to bad, buyer beware, it was listed as "used" sucked in. The lens itself looks fine as it has a cover but the outer areas have taken a hit. I just feel ripped as I would not have bought it at any price if that type of damage was listed in the items description. I don't know if digital items are covered or if it's simply not worth the hassle. I fully expect that the seller was aware of the damage and will be of no help as they won't want it back.
