Ebay it appears have no formal complaint process when it comes to non-seller or non-buyer complaints. They have little, in fact no, compliance team even (apparently). I stand to be corrected, if I am wrong. I sold an item in august 2021, and printed the postage label to assist with delivery. I then printed it again as it came out blurred. At this stage ebay (apparently) though not telling anyone, charged for each postage label printed. They had NEVER done this in the past, and do not do NOW (experienced, as I have sold an item since). There is a policy hidden away that says sellers have 5 days to cancel, to reverse this charge. I approached ebay Customer Service (C/S) and was told about the policy, and told this IS the way forward. As it had passed the 5 days I should take it up directly with the courier service (in this case Aussie Post). 3-4 weeks later I got a response from Aussie Post. My arrangement is with ebay, and therefore despite their own policies, I should take it up with them. I have both these comments/advises in writing. Every approach since has met with the 'straight bat' that this is the policy. Apparently the policy means little now as they do not charge per print out. Clearly, I was misled by ebay C/S, perhaps as a 'delaying tactic', I have been fobbed off despite having evidence. Each of the last two sales have also had the postage charges levied late (as my account was overdrawn...according to ebay). It never was/is. More ebay lies for convenience, or for justification purposes. The murky waters they now operate in with little competition (owning both paypal and gumtree), is fraught with disaster stories...here's another but more damning. Looking forward to someone having a suggested way to progress this. BTW, the hours I have spent on this is over aud$9.80, how pathetic for an organisation the size of eBay.
