I have a FedEx tracking # to eBay Global Shipping centre but never got an onward tracking number or carrier details. As this was a replacement item, the item code is of no use as it says it was delivered before the replacement was despatched.

I purchased a Sendle Label by Mistake and Then purchased an Australian Post one which I used. In Manage postal labels the Sendle label does not have a Void Option yet the Australia Post one does. How can I cancel the Sendle one?

I tried to send an eBay purchase with Sendle for the first time today. I tried several drop off points for Sendle, that I had checked were in my City, that were listed by Sendle. Townsville Qld. Unfortunately they all did not accept packages, or know what I was talking about. So I now will be back sending via Aus Post tomorrow. Disappointed for many reasons.

I am in Australia and recently purchased an item from UK. I find out when tracking my parcel that ARAMEX is a member of the GSP. ARAMEX is the worst courier in the world without a shadow of a doubt. In Australia ARAMEX purchased a local courier "fASTWAY" who for the past thirty years have been dubbed "SLOWAY" OR "NOWAY". A Current Affairs program surveyed all the COURIERS in Australia and found by a long way ARAMEX the company with the greatest amount of complaints for poor service and no service losing an astonishing amount of freight. ARAMEX are CHINESE owned and of course every seller who is based in China uses ARAMEX. I have had to return 25 Parcels as ARAMEX will not deliver to my street address even though I am a Suburb of Melbourne, their excuse being I am outside their area and they have demanded an extra $33 to deliver 6.5km outside their area. They also, when I use PO BOX address accept parcel for delivery but do not deliver to boxes. I get a text to make contact and when I try it is impossible to use their contact us site and then if I am lucky enough to get a message through they do not reply. eBay ARE NOT INTEREST IN MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SYSTEMIC PROBLEM. YES CHINA IS TAKING CONTROL... GARY

Be very cautious of using Sendle. You might save a couple of dollars up front but it could come at a cost. I had Sendle deliver a package, they completely ignored the delivery instructions and as a consequence the package was lost. Despite being negligent Sendle refused to cover the item. It cost me $300. They are certainly not a trustworthy or ethical company. Reviews elsewhere reinforce this too. I have had to claim insurance with Australia Post a couple of times over the years and there has been no issue whatsoever. I would now always spend the extra couple of dollars up front. Its a shame that eBay would choose to make a disreputable company their default carrier.

As a buyer I am always conscious of making sure I log a resolution before the 45days is up if a parcel has not arrived. I buy a lot of smaller items but some of them are expensive & I've had a lot of non deliveries in the past from Overseas Dealers. However since Covid I'm finding deliveries are even slower. Yet I still cannot give dealers extra time before lodging a case in resolution centre for fear of missing the deadline. In one instance I had a delivery over 90 days from order date with no tracking on a cheap item & now have to ask the dealer to re-bill me for the item so I can pay him. I still have a number of other items waiting for delivery that are near deadline that probably just need more time for Aust Post to get their shizzle together & deliver. Any assistance here appreciated.

Manage labels has not been working. I cannot see any of the labels I purchased in the last 7 days. I needed to cancel a label, and I couldn't because the labels purchased are not showing up. I spoke to Ebay chat and they were useless, and said that Ebay is aware and it is a technical error. So I asked him to cancel it from he's end and he said that he couldnt because "only the owner of the label can cancel it and the 24 hour period had ended". I explained it wasnt my fault as I could NOT see any labels, so how on earth do I cancel it wthin 24 hours if its not there? He said he would escalate the matter?? I told him that this is theft. And 7 days has passed, I shipped over 12 parcels, and there are only 3 shipping labels visible. What is going on? And today I could not reprint a label which I have paid for because there are no labels showing up. I have just spent $23 on a shipping label I cannot access. I am frustrated and have resorted to buying the shipping labels directly from Australia Post and Sendle which is inconvenient and takes time to copy and paste details. Can anyone help? How can I access the label I just purchased? My printer did not work and I need to reprint. Thanks in advance

Hi all, I have been waiting 14 days now for an item I had purchased for someone in US, and it's been taking extremely long for the tracking information to update from transit 😕 I already contacted the seller but they told me to wait, and I do not know when exactly do I have to wait because supposedly the item I bought for said person is gonna be coming from the 16th to the 31st, and we're near the darn 31st..so any help would be nice here.

I have had a gut full of sellers using the slowest delivery method there is 7 1/2 days gathering dust at the Sydney Depot! 3 days ago I said to a seller if you send the Item by Australia Post I will buy from you, he agreed to send via Australia Post so I bought the expensive item with a note reminding him to send via Australia Post, what did he do, sent it via Aramex, I have sent him a message telling him I will be sending it back for a full refund, I am angry. Phone Aramex you get redirected to call center in the Philippines which is useless! Ebay should be tracking messages about Aramex! Very bad reviews on Google, now I know why, 4th time delayed shipment, the Philippines blames COVID-19, I have even lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading! How does every seller feel about eBay not allowing you to use your own choice of couriers to post your items. I don't like it! I have used the same company and the same people for the last 7 years and got to know them personally and will keep it that way. Has your item gone missing, stolen, damaged or plainly just lost? When your buyer ends up wanting a refund or else? Will eBay get on the phone 2 to 3 times a day to find your item when they recommend the courier, or pay the buyer for their loss?

I need to cancel a packaging label per the following instructions (pasted below) but I cant see any labels to cancel when I go to 'manage postage labels'. Help Please! How to cancel a postage label If you haven't used a postage label, you can cancel it within 5 days of creating and printing the label. If your cancellation request is approved, you'll receive a credit for postage and related charges within 25 days. The credit will then be shown in your seller account activity, and on your next monthly invoice. To cancel an eBay postage label: Go to Manage postage labels. Find the item you'd like to cancel the postage label for, then from the Actions column, select More actions, and then select Cancel postage label. Choose your reason for cancelling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer. Select Cancel postage label.

This is beyond a joke in my books Another item I bought from Sydney trying to do the right thing and buy from Aussie sellers has gone missing with Fastways This is the 5th item in less than a month lost by them with a total money value of just over $1000.00AUD yest Aussie sellers keep using them which ends up costing the seller money as they give a refund and that is where they loose out and the buyer wasted weeks waiting for something that tracking states its still in the city it was picked up from yes was due for delivery weeks ago just totally useless So for Aussie sellers do yourselves a favor and use Aust Post your parcels will be delivered in Australia within 2 to 5 days if you keep using Fastways (which they are def not fast ) buyers will start buying from China again as deliveries from China are arriving very quick infact way quicker the our own local courier companies are which is crazy Be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem

Hey all.. I'm confused; hoping someone can help me. Looking to buy something from the USA, the seller is telling me to sign up to the Global Shipping Program to make shipping cheaper....? But from my looking tonight, all articles I'm finding are making it sound like something sellers sign up to to combine postage and import taxes for the buyers? I'm in Australia, for anyone reading this post. Help... ? before I look like an idiot contacting Ebay help🤣 Thanks!

When is eBay going to enforce their own rules and make it mandatory that items actually be posted when marked as such. Too many Overseas sellers are using Logistic companies to post items from within Australia so they can bypass eBays location policy. But these logistic companies do not post items for up to 3 weeks after tracking number is issued. They either are waiting for item to come from overseas before repacking and onposting, or if they have item in stock, they wait till hey have a pallet full before releasing items in bulk to post/courier companies. This is information I have received from two courier companies and supported by advise from Australia Post. I have personally had a number of these recently, unfortunately all purchased within a similar time period. Local sellers are just as bad getting tracking numbers issued and then not posting item for up to a week after, then blaming courier company or Covid for their poor performance. eBay needs to start enforcing rules on sellers. I am not interested in returning items for refunds etc. I just want items paid for in a reasonable amount of time. After all I pay for all of my items immediately.

Hi. What has happened to the invoice with a picture of the item and email address. I have a huge selection of small items and the picture even though it is small is a great help with making sure I have selected the right item when picking. Also the email address is needed for Australia Post to be able to scan the tracking immediately to customers and with their numbers being 24 digits long it is easy to make a mistake. Mary

so I order a small gold crown to use on a cake. I was very careful to choose a seller that was posting from AUstralia and the item was in Australia. delivery date was 25th May this is 2 weeks before I needed the item. But they even go as far as saying the item has been shipped on the 19th May - then nothing. Put in a report to Auspost only to get a phone call to say this is a 3rd party shipping company and while the paper work has been lodged the item hasn't . Now I get a new date on my invoice as due 10th June whicih is 4 days after I need it. Why can they use a 3rd party shipping dropbox I used ebay.au not ebay china

The seller has agreed to accept my return but advised "they can't buy a return postage label" I contacted them for advice and did not get a response. I then went to the post office and asked for the most economical method of return and bought a parcel bag and filled in with the sellers address. Post refused the item because the seller did not include the street number in their address. As the seller gas not responded to my recent messages I tried to escalate it to ebay by following the "Ask ebay to step in" link. That just sends me back the order where I click the resolve a problem button which takes me to Customer Service page where I select "Asking ebay to step and help for buyers". That take me back to where I started at the "ask ebay to step in" link. How do I actually get somewhere in this labyrinth of links were I can actually ask ebay to step in? Argh!!!

Hi, Just attempting my first drop off using Sendle here in Australia. Through Ebay, they charged me $25.80. yet in my Sendle dashboard it shows up at $13.05. What is going on here? Should I work through the Sendle system directly in future and not print out on Ebay. Regards Matt
