I purchased a Sunshine Recorder on ebay just over a month ago. It arrived and I unpacked it to find that the three items inside were nothing to do with a Sunshine Recorder, just some pieces of machined metal. I initiated a Return for Refund with images, and within 30 minutes had received a phone call and messages from the seller stating they apologised for the inconvenience, they had made a mistake, and they would send the proper item with a Tracking Number, as soon as I closed the Return Request.   My question is: Do I close the Return Request before I receive the correct item (as the rules state I cannot reopen the Return Request if I close it now), or should I leave it open and ask the seller to send anyway?? ... If you Ordered something from China the chances are they used SpeedPAK whilst SpeedPAK is legit they use Dodgy Couriers in Australia such as PF Logistics, we are currently trying to get proof of delivery form PF Logistics or an answer to where our parcel is as It was not delivered to us despite us even providing a Google Street view link showing which house was ours so they wouldn't try deliver to wrong address again and gave instructions to ring our doorbell but no parcel delivered & doorbell never rang, we looked up the company and found only one review staying delivered successfully, all others exact same issues we had, we tried looking up their listed address for Adelaide and no logistics company at that address only unrelated business. Good afternoon I brought an item off ebay today and at checkout when making a payment some other content came up and i wasnt sure what it was as it said continue in green and i thought it was something i had to press when making payment. After pressing continue it opened up to a site called a bundlehd membership.It was very confusing as i thought it was part of the original payment process. I  hope i havent pressed anything that could have got my bank details .I did not give any bank details ,address details or continue to to give any other information Its a company offering online movies ect.. Why does Ebay close a no show delivery case because I have not looked at my messages for 21 business days? I was waiting for a message from Ebay. The seller told me to go through Ebay for a refund and Ebay would handle it.. What action was I supposed to do to get a refund.. I bought this item on the 6th of June and NOTHING has shown up.. I purchased a cable through a seller and paid express shipping. They intentionally sent the wrong cable. I looked at their feedback and there hundreds of people saying the same thing. The seller basically said just use the one I sent you and fold it up. I managed to get a refund directly from ebay considering the sellers attitude and reported them.  My question is will ebay do anything about these types of sellers clouding the site with bogus products and scamming people?         ... I bought a Milwaukee Hatchet Chainsaw, which I need to get a Proof of purchase receipt so a can get warranty. Problem is, it was bought over a year ago and seller said (after asking them for a receipt which they never supplied one) "Hi Ebay system can not allow us to see the details of the item purchased more than an year ago.
