Hi, I have received only partial delivery of items and the items I have received aren't matching the item description. So I needed to get refund for partial delivery and return items and get a refund for that. I have already contacted the seller and couldn't get much done there. So I have clicked on items not received and requested a refund for that thinking that I can return the items on another request. It didn't let me! I did get partial refund but I can't do anything to return the items as the seller is not cooperating. I have contact support and they said they fix it day after but now it's day 3 and nothing got done. What can I do? Is the only to way to return the items and get refund to contact PayPal? ... Few weeks back I bought something that is not working properly.  It was a cheap item, I should have known better, and I just decided to write the few dollars off.  We have enough to deal with in this moment, on top of everything I just lost one of my favorite pets.  So, I decided I am not up to dealing with the return/refund, and having to take pictures of not working item, and then saying NO! to offers of refund of $1, $2, $3   ....... etc.   To be fair I was not going to leave FB.  Then I got message from the seller demanding POSITIVE feedback.  I told her it does not work, and she started to emailing me telling me that there is nothing wrong with it, and that it needs sun!  Yes, it's SOLAR, I know it needs sun, but  she just kept messaging me.  At no time she made any offer to replace or refund.  I really did NOT want to deal with it and repeatedly told her to go away.  Then she emailed again suggesting I get somebody else to show me how to operate it!  There is nothing to operate; it's a little solar fountain, you float it on water and when the sun comes out it supposes to spray the water 40cm high, this one just trickles.   So i lost it and left NEG.  Told her to stop contacting me or I will report her, and today i got 3 more messages.  But the option to report message or report member for harassing you does not seem to be there?  Cannot find it anywhere? ... I received notification today that a transaction was cancelled due to 'Buyer wanted to cancel' This is very different from the email they sent to me saying they were out of stock and didn't know when they would be arriving. Hi folks I tried to change my postal address to an Australia Post Parcel Locker address at my local shopping centre, and a notification came up with an Ebay recommended formatting. I accepted it, and then received a notification that the address was too long. I've tried typing in the address in other formats, but none have been accepted.  Does anyone use an Aust Post Parcel locker address on Ebay? On the ad on eBay, they sell 10 X 120CM slim ceiling batten lights 40 W so I went ahead and paid for them and received order number ARWD6 19983. The purchase was through this company, brisk-footstep for $ 42.00 Dollars. On the details section, I put in a 1 meaning one pack of ten they advertise on the ad. but I only received one light fitting for the $ 42 dollar cost. (I thought it was a good deal as I purchased these 10 lights before from other websites on eBay.) The sender is REMOVEDof Regents Park who advertises contact details and a phone number, this to is disconnected so Telstra tells me so I tried to email but it too is not working. digital camera item 293953173303 Item is in perfect condition (the back screen is immaculate) but it has a dint and scratch on the bottom of the outer lens ring and scratches on the top left of the inner ring left of the word LUMIX. It appears the Camera has been dropped on it's face. The strap was also not with the item which in the manual says it is a supplied accessory and probably the reason they may have dropped it. (I have a spare strap) Item works fine but there is no way I could sell this in "as new condition". The condition of the item is listed as "Used" but the sellers added descrition is "as new hardly used" so I don't know if it is to bad, buyer beware, it was listed as "used" sucked in. The lens itself looks fine as it has a cover but the outer areas have taken a hit. I just feel ripped as I would not have bought it at any price if that type of damage was listed in the items description. I don't know if digital items are covered or if it's simply not worth the hassle. I fully expect that the seller was aware of the damage and will be of no help as they won't want it back. ...
