I am a seller and I recently sold an item as a Buy it Now to an overseas buyer New Zealand), and eBay defaults the shipping to International Economy Air which can take between 10 & 21 days.  My buyer, before buying, contacted me to find out if I would send to NZ.  I sent her a quote for Standard Shipping, which was a bit dearer, but would get to the buyer quicker.  She was prepared to pay that.  I wasn’t sure how to change it, so she agreed she’d pay the extra if needed.  I told her that eBay won’t allow it.  Anyway, she paid and it was International Economy.   ‘’is there a setting on default international shipping?  I have my own policies setup….is there a way I need to do it there?  If so, does anybody know how I create the shipping options so this doesn’t happen again.  It’s happened in the past that I create the international shipping label and I’m always out of pocket by a few bucks.   Can anybody assist? For example, I just sold an item to a buyer in Rooty Hill NSW 2766. I'm in Cromer NSW 2099. The item was 800g 32 x 23 x 12 cm eBay charged the buyer $9.27 for the calculated postage. eBay is charging me $14.95 for an eBay printable label. This happens all the time. Our Apartment has security foyer and entrance swipe tags making deliveries to the building difficult. An Australia Post Parcel Locker solved any issues with receiving packages securely. When shopping on ebay products displaying the Australia Post insignia are chosen yet not ever seller will send packages to a Parcel Locker. Is it possible for ebay to tag 'Parcel Locker/Post Box' sellers, within their product offering, so as customers can select desired items knowing you won't be rejected at the payment process? ... What is going on? My package has been in Sydney since the 14th and has not been delivered yet. This is completely unacceptable, as I know it does not take 2 weeks to clear customs (considering I have a background in logistics within this city and dealing with air/sea freight). What on earth is going on with whoever DAI or A1 Tracking, or whatever they call themselves - who provide me with little to no relevant information other than my package came into Sydney on the 14th - have not sent my package to in over 2 weeks? Is PF Logistics a rort ? , apparently dodgy ebayers showing as local suppliers are sourcing and sending items direct from China but trying to masquerade as local suppliers as scam courier company PFLogistics supply them with what is supposed to be a local tracking number but you will find it will be weeks before you receive items and they always say please wait delay in delivery. Hi All,    I want to sell woolworths collectors cards for a dollar, which is what everyone else sells them for. I notice under their listings, before you click an individual one, each One has a little sign saying "+$1.50 AU Postage" or something like that, or even sometimes free postage.. I saw a banner on my ebay page offering me, as a seller, 10 free shipping labels for the month of September for selling pre-loved clothing.  I don't usually sell clothing on ebay.  So I decided to list a few items of pre-loved toddler clothing.  It sold with hours to go until this special finished.  It was my only clothing sale.  I go to select my free shipping label, but there was none - only priced ones.   The special did not stipulate anything about the clothing being for a certain age range.  I read it all before listing.  And it was very general.   Anyone know why it would not have worked for my sale?   and who can I contact about this? Purchases 4x time items from China, received only 2x items.  The two items received have the same tracking number for items 3 and 4.  After several messages finally spoke with a representative from the company in China and they stated that the items had been sent, advising the representative that I have spoken to the delivery service in Australia and they only received 2x items from this seller.  The representative stated that they are unable to assist in any way, as they need permission from the Australian delivery service to look into this matter further.  Requested for the representative to check there dispatch department and she hung up.  No further response from the seller has been made to rectify this issue.  Buyer now just wants money to be returned. ... They won't bother deliver to residential address or press the buzzer or to knock the door and no left of sorry we miss you card and will just change status in tracking as " Delivery location closed" but instead they would take parcel to nearby post office to waste your time to go collect the parcel after 4 pm. They won't do their delivery job properly, I was waiting home whole morning but no one came nor left missed card at all, they are connected and contracted with overseas drop shipping company(ies) from CN who set up here as far as my knowledge, they should train their driver staffs properly not to do that again, they should meet Aus standard for delivery even if they are foreign workers and foreign related company and to stop wasting everyone's time to unnecessory got to go to collect in post office and we want to save our own busy times too otherwise why should we be still even using them?  ... I am getting SICK of eBay sending me my add tracking performance is so low. I have told them over and over if I sell a coin for $3 and postage is $3.75, NO PERSON OR BUYER will ever want to pay tracking on such a small amount, Tracking or registered postage is additional $5.25, so for a $3 coin they expect me to charge $9 postage including tracking. What a joke. they just want more fees from me as they get a cut from my postage total as well which also seems extremely wrong. I had to refund $8 to a buyer as he said a single item did not turn up, EVEN THOUGH I said there is no tracking and did he want to add the extra. Of course he said no as an $8 item is almost doubled in cost for tracking.  eBay, be realistic in what sellers are saying and do something about it, I have been on Ebay for over 22 years and 100 percent feedback. Hi, I've ordered a vehicle part (Prop Shaft) in the US to be shipped to where I am in Australia, and it has since been stuck at the Glendale Heights international hub for about 7 weeks now without any updates.   Ebay has now issued me a refund for the item (>$800), but I am wondering if there is anything more I can do so I can receive this part. I would normally not be too concerned about getting a refund for this, but this part I need is no longer made and is the last one that I could find anywhere, so I cannot simply order another one with the refund amount. I paid for this item with a promise of 2 weeks delivery. When it did arrive after a month I only got half of the product-no motor. I contacted the seller and they assured me that the product had been sent however when I read the labels on the boxes sent they said 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. I was pretty sure the motor hadn't been sent! I told this with the seller and was told that the product was lost and if I wanted to I could send back the items for  a refund. I said no to them I'll wait for it to arrive-they then said that were out of stock of this item and it could be a long wait. Question? If you only had half the product in stock why would you send just that and not wait for the order to be whole and then send it?
